A UNIQ course - Oncology welcomes tomorrow's scientists

On Monday, 24 July the Department of Oncology will welcome 27 students from across the UK who will gather in Oxford to find out what it would be like to study here.

During the week the students will live in college accommodation, eatin the halls, experience student life and discover the science behind tomorrow's cancer medicine.

The students will explore the nature of cancer, how a cell works (or doesn't) and what we might do about it.  They will gain insights into how we will personalise medicine, prevent cancer, and test the new generation of medicines including new approaches to radiotherapy.

This science inspires us; we are excited to share it with you and  look look forward to meeting all the students and working together.
